Our fast paced lifestyles have made stress and lack of motivation a common issue in many of our lives. I know, because this is something that has affected me too! Whether people like to admit it or not, humans are emotional creatures. With that comes the possibility of us leaving ourselves open to make meaningful relationships with others; but it also leaves us open to take on too much of what other people have happening in their lives. How can we find the balance between taking on what we must and leaving the rest behind? We can find a way to protect ourselves emotionally. |
