Storyteller. Content Creator. Advocate.
I am a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a background in Social & Behavioral Sciences, Women's and Gender Studies ( GO KNIGHTS!). I am domestic violence advocate and have had the pleasure of working with women and children who are survivors of Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse. I also have experience facilitating Mental Health support groups and although I have a strong affinity to these causes, my overall passion is helping others reach their maximum potential.
I have spent many years working in corporate and sales environments; facilitating and speaking for major companies. Although my initial path was not to end up in stuffy work clothes and in a maze of cubicles; these professional experiences and the breadth of knowledge that I have received has helped me grow and develop my skills to help people in other capacities. I have shifted gears in my passion to explore the human condition through content creation which includes short and long form video formats including educational content and interview series. I am also using my podcast (The Silver Foxx Journal Podcast) to allow supporters of my mission and content alternative methods to stay connected. My hope is to share what I have learned with others and make an impact on the lives of those who come in contact with me and hope that that sentiment can be reciprocated.
Thanks for stopping by.
